Sales Representative

Description

The Sales Representative's primary responsibility is to answer incoming calls from prospective customers. The right individual for this position must be highly motivated and a quick learner. A Sales Representative's earning potential can be $1500 a week plus bonuses.

Requirements

• Process sales orders and answer questions
• Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions
• Properly complete call logs and call reports
• Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills
• Proficient computer and data entry skills
• Ability to research problems utilizing available resources
• Follow directions and adapt to a frequently changing sales environment
• Must be willing to increase personal sales skills utilizing provided training classes
• Six months experience in a call center environment
• Must be flexible with scheduling and work overtime, if needed
• Telecommunications product knowledge is a plus
